Profile Photo Guidelines

• Use well-lit photos with good quality
• Include photos that represent your authentic self
• Ensure photos are appropriate for all audiences

✗ Don't:

• Use photos of other people or celebrities
• Include children in your photos
• Post nude, sexually explicit, or suggestive content
• Use heavily filtered or edited photos that misrepresent you
• Include contact information (phone numbers, social media handles)
• Show weapons, drugs, or illegal activities
• Use copyrighted images without permission

Profile Content (Bio & Interests)

✓ Do:

• Be honest about yourself and what you're looking for
• Share your spiritual journey and values authentically
• Use respectful and inclusive language
• Keep your bio focused on you and your interests
• Proofread for spelling and grammar

✗ Don't:

• Include contact information (phone, email, social media)
• Post hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Use profanity or explicit language
• Promote commercial products or services
• Make false claims about yourself
• Include links to external websites

Messaging Conduct

✓ Do:

• Be respectful and courteous in all conversations
• Respect boundaries if someone is not interested
• Keep conversations appropriate and respectful
• Report concerning behavior to our team
• Take conversations offline thoughtfully and safely

✗ Don't:

• Send unsolicited explicit or sexual messages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spam or send repetitive messages
• Request money or financial information
• Share intimate images without consent
• Impersonate others or create fake personas

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Harassment or Bullying: Repeated unwanted contact, threats, or abusive behavior
• Hate Speech: Content targeting race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
• Scams or Fraud: Deceptive practices, financial solicitation, or catfishing
• Spam: Unsolicited commercial messages or repetitive content
• Minors: Users under 18 years of age
• Violence: Threats, glorification of violence, or harmful behavior
• Illegal Activities: Promotion of illegal drugs, services, or activities
• Sexual Content: Explicit photos, videos, or messages
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or using fake profiles
• Multiple Accounts: Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:

Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
• Content Removal: Inappropriate content will be removed
• Temporary Suspension: Serious or repeated violations result in account suspension
• Permanent Ban: Severe violations or repeated offenses lead to permanent account termination
• Legal Action: Illegal activities may be reported to authorities

• Description of the issue
• Reason you believe the action was incorrect

We review all appeals within 3-5 business days.
